Well, I have been pondering if to post this in the celebrity domain,but I guess its more religious! The last time, D'banj was invited to perform in a program organised by Living Faith Church, but rebuked by Bishop David Oyedepo for ''bling bling'' expression while on stage! Now, there is a program on d way at a RCCG in Asokoro on the 4th of April in which Charles Oputa is going to be the guest. I have been wondering, but dont ask me what my worries are! I am sure Baba Adeboye knows nothing about this! And Im sure its gonna be talk of the day on nairaland if Baba Adeboye will go rebuke the Pastor and ask Charles Oputa to give his life unto Christ or in whatever way! Hmmmmm! Back to my query, could this be one of the ways to lure youths into the church? I cant be lured if yes.I might/will go, but taking it for those normal day to day shows! |

Lol.....what did dbanj perform?? Then after d performance dbanj was reprimanded by oyedepo for wearing bling bling..  If I abuse d church now e go be like say I sabi talk.... but I ask if these churches are rili where people serve God whole heartedly or just social clubs where immoral and ogboni people climb up stage to show them wealth and fame... numo86: Lol.....what did dbanj perform?? among them, still, we have the ones that worship God wholeheartedly. As read, D'banj was reprimanded the moment he stepped on stage,not after is performance. |

Amongst all d faithfuls in d winners chapel he culdnt pick 1 to come perform even if its a lullaby,but chose dbanj a well renowned immoral bobo... ayobase: So I start to wonder what they were expecting him to do after inviting him. Is it to preach from the bible or do his crazy stuff? I am tempted to use the word HYPOCRITE on those that invited him. |

chiteny: wrong, the church cannot condem people. John 3;17 why do you think a lot of sinners and prostitute go to church? Because the church is a place for forgiveness and repentance. Soo don't interprete for us, we know what we are doing. |

oiseworld: You are very right. I guess d'banj went for forgiveness and repentance. Is he one of the pastors now? You invite someone who is well known not be be born again to your pulpit to "minister" and you know what you are doing. Good for u.no kind of excuse Christians will not give for folly. |
