Search for the schools that specialise on that you will be fine.

Self learning is the best, don't spend your money yet.
Go to w3schools.com and start from there.

if you can afford it, go to a school. it could be a disadvantage learning on your own & not having people of like mind & discipline to interact with, asking questions, bouncing ideas off each other & learning as a team. in a school community you get the advice that is due because you pay for them, you know by interaction what the trends are & what skills are required in the market so you don't waste time trying to master a skill that is surplus.

HTML isn't a programming language!!! And you only learn HTML if you feel like going into the web aspect of programming

lol who says HTML is a programming language. Of course everyone knows HTML is a markup language. The dude ucee is asking how he can bcom a programmer. U on ur own intiative should know that anyone without the basis and knowledge of HTML,going into programming is absurd. U heard what the guy said? "a sort of introduction to programming" how can python be an introduction to programing when python is already programming itself..hmmm..?? @ucee go start from the scratch .i.e HTML @ w3schools.com . And gradually u will graduate into avanced programming. U will just keep on learning till death cos u can never learn it all. Cos we are all learning.... Dont get decieved if anyone claims to be a perfect expert in the field cos no one can

I have started developing dynamic web sites and database driven server applications. The trainers in Starview Technologies are just too good. They though us hands-on.
