I don't know what is wrong, but I have been having nightmares for the past three days. Yesterday one was really troubling to me. I woke up and it still had an affect on me. I pray yea after I woke up, but my whole day was ruined. Anyone know of a better way to recorve after having a terrible nightmare or how to get rid of nightmares? |

Hi, al u need is prayer and so far u had prayed after u woke up just be rest asured u wiLl b okay and let ur mind b settled. |

I have enought nightmare, I have been intimate with stranger in nightmare, I have been tight to a pole and beaten and the recent one was a man chasing and trying to kill me, I kept running while my body look heavily when I wake up..sweating badly ..mmost of this nightmare happened after getting drunk, nightmare don't scare me anymore |
