I am very angry now, I just rush out now, and still thinking what to do?

In any case talk to her then you'll know. Maybe she wanted to feel young again cause some people feel like they've lost their identity after the marriage and the "we" this "we" that of being a couple can be overwhelming ...or she's having a mid-life crisis but y'll still sound like a young couple though.

Sweety, when you get married, your body is no longer solely yours. . . Due thoughts and considerations should be given to the needs and wants of your husband. That she's old enough isn't enough for her to modify her body without her husband's consent. What if he doesn't like it? Why would anyone premeditate a serious quarrel with highly likely catastrophic consequences, just to look trendy?

Actually i get what you're saying it makes a whole lot of sense for her to talk to him and you know for them to come to an agreement or something. But he was saying that the husband gets to make decisions for her because he paid her bride price which i think sounds absurd in a whole lotta ways.

There is a difference between "Making decisions" and "Influencing Decisions". Only a tyrannical husband would want to make all decisions. If she talks to him about the tattoo, and he objects vehemently - saying no just because he is her husband or because he paid the bride price and the whole lot of blah blah- it won't stop a stubborn woman from getting the tattoo. In marriage, a compromise should be the main target. She wants a tattoo, he doesn't want it on her. He could "influence" her decision, making her to dump the idea completely, or influencing her to get a tattoo on only a part of her body, and not everywhere like she did. But it all depends on how he talks to her, his tone of voice and all that. . .
In this case, she never sort his consent and went ahead to get tattooed just because she can, it is her body, and she is old enough? A married woman? That is WRONG in all it's totality!
