I repeat Caceido is a better footballer than Rice. Rice is effective so is Caceido but the later has abundant talent than the former. Caceido is a proper box to box/ CM; good penetrated passes, good movement and vision. I for one feel if you remove or replace Jackson and Palmer with Havertz and Mount we may have similar amount of goals maybe 75% of it. But the key here is is it Caicedo or Gallagher who helped the team more. If it's Gallagher then credit goes to Poch, if it's Caicedo then the credit belongs to the board that brought him in.

It would be harsh to sack Poch but seeing has he didn't do enough to warrant a renewal, does his staying one more season worth it?
