cloud7: When you talk about Ever-Green music in Naija..you cant stop wondering if the following musicians are not mentioned.

Prince Nico Mbarga of Blessed Memeory (Sweet Mother)
Fela Kuti (Water no get Enemy)
Osita Osadebe (Osondi Owendi)
Ebenezer Obey (Board of Director)
Dan Orji of Peacock Fame (Sambola Mama)
Orientals (Iheoma)

Wrinkers Experienc (Fuel for Love)
Bongos Ikwe (Maryam)
Suuny Okosun (Tire ni Oluwa)

Majek Fashek (Send down the Rain)
Mike Okri (Time na Money Remix)

Men I can go on and on...most of the music being nominated here are just flash in the pan...We are talking of evr-green that has won Gold platinum and topped chat and ruled the Air waves from 70's to Present day!
Spot on Bro.
There was even a band by the name "Cloud 7" but l can remember their famous tune which was a hit back then in the 70's or early 80's.
Not sure if it is called "Beautiful Woman"?
Can you recall it please?

Lastpage!

BTW: One of my best as a youngster was Sunny Ade's Festac 77 Theme Song.
Never stopped loving it till now
