Yes you can, just go to your area police station and ask of welfare department. After explaining stuffs to them, you have to register with a sum of money and they will give you a letter to serve to the person involve so that you all will meet on a particular date and sort things over. If the person in ? Is denying the baby, they will tell you guys to go for a DNA test.
