The Company’s business interest spans Guard Services, Armed Response, Protocol, Fleet and Asset Management and Personnel outsourcing. As a result of business expansion, the company currently has exciting job opportunities for the Following positions.

Deputy Technical Manager

Job Objective
The Deputy technical Manager is responsible to provide technical direction for the technical team. He will ensure proper project planning, development and implementation. He will supervise all installations and maintain good relationship with installers, contractors, suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction for systems design, development, and integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients
• Reviews the operation of business development and provides advise on viability of solution
• Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
• Monitor existing client base on an ongoing basis and identify ways of adding value to present client base
• Keep abreast of issues affecting our industry and collecting competitor’s intelligence

Functional Skills:
• The ideal candidate must have a proven record of technical expertise and strategic thinking, that as been translated into system design, development, and integration.
• Must be self motivated and have the ability to motivate others
• Candidates must have proven leadership experience and have demonstrated abilities in sales, negotiations, and partner relationship management.
• Understands complex database concepts
• Possesses significant knowledge of client/server and internet systems architecture
• Good knowledge of the use of IT in Large Enterprises and the impact of technical support on customer’s business performance
• Possesses significant knowledge of data and voice telecommunications
• Good understanding of Electrical Installations/fittings
• Knowledge of Electronics Security System, CCTV, Burglar alarm, Electronic gates etc
• Understands and has experience in installation of Microwave radio links & VSAT systems
• Can troubleshoot and repair most electronics powered systems, UPS, PSU & Line cards

Experience and Qualification:
• Must have minimum of B.sc or HND in Information Technology or Engineering
• 5+ years cognate experience in an IT related industry
• Demonstrated awareness and competency in fleet management
• Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation, and independent workload management skills
• Must be between 28 and 35 years old












Senior Business Development Executives

Job Objective
The Senior Business Development Executive shall be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities within Key Corporate Clients. Increase the company’s clientele base for significant turnover growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business relationships and ensure profitability of the business unit
• Market the company to prospective clients
• Manage the sales process: lead generation; pitch; ask questions; negotiate and manage account
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and other documentation
• Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
• Monitor existing client base on an ongoing basis and identify ways of adding value to present client base
• Keep abreast of issues affecting our industry and collecting competitor’s intelligence
• Continually asses business growth opportunities with new and existing clients
• Initiate partnership opportunities and establish metrics to analyse and track performance of the partnership opportunities.

Functional Skills:
• Must have a proven record of strategic business thinking that as been translated into growing a new business for expansion, significant increase in turnover, and profit.
• Must have business and finance acumen
• Confidence to present a tailored presentation to potential client using range of presentation skills i.e. body language, voice tones etc.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation
• Ability to coordinate a potential pitch process by effectively providing the relevant teams with a summary of client’s technical and marketing needs.
• Strong service orientation and customer-centric values

Experience and Qualification:
• 4+ years experience of business development experience in an IT/Security/Outsourcing related industry
• Demonstrated awareness and competency in Outsourcing and fleet management
• Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation, and independent workload management skills
• Quick learner and problem solver
• Must be between 25 and 35 years old
