Why not try google?

Well, doctors recommend solids from 6months or from about 4months but not earlier. It also depends on your baby too. Why do you want to introduce solid this early?

If you insist sha, d best to start with is baby rice cereal. You can try the one from cow n gate. They also have creamy poridge and fruity poridge from 4 months. Also, Nestle Gerber has apple sauce and the likes but be careful with the banana cos it can run your baby's tummy. You can also go natural by making pureed apple and carrot.

Don't introduce maize and co till 6months. From 6 months, your baby can start taking ewedu n eko/amala, mashed potatoe with titus fish and pureed fruits.

Please, you don't give babies wheat till about 7months cos they can't digest it.

Your baby is still a bit young for solids you should wait to @ least 6 months. But i you insist on starting her then you should feed her "starter cereal" like stage 1 foods, they include Rice cereal etc. If you in Nigeria buy her stage 1 cerelac foods.
