Such i believe organisation must have web page, phone and fax no and its registration details in canada along with previous assistance recorded. But the poster should first give further details like name, web page and phone numbers. I also plead with the poster for understanding on what our brothers here are doing to avoid fraud. If he is genuine and has a genuine information, he should simply prove the point and make a good name for himself.
