Load of rubbish. I am sorry, Tbaba but the woman is talking nonsense. Only 4 minutes into the video and I have already noticed a lot of BS!



1) She is talking nonsense about group therapy. No one feels proud of their problems in group therapy, most people are initially shy and withdrawn about their problems in group therapy. However, this changes as the group becomes more familiar with each other. The people in the group try to help and support each other out of their problems. The only pride in group therapy is the pride that you have friends willing to help.

2) She is talking as if it is easy to overcome oppression or certain problems in life that leaves you angry at the world. She hasnt met girls that have been brutally molested by their fathers or people who have lost both their families and houses. Feeling sorry for yourself in such situations is necessary, depression has to be treated with care and support.

And you are talking from what authority?

She is a clinical psychologist... This is what she does for a living... She meets depressed people everyday as part of her job and helps them cope with their problems.

If you do not have a degree in psychology or some experience in dealing with depressed people professionally... I do not think your opinion carries any weight....

Everyone has an opinion, sometimes it is better to listen to the experts who see these things happen everyday.

She could be the best clinical psychologist. The moment she brings islam into psychology, she becomes ridiculous.

I do have experience in group therapy. I had to take my alcoholic cousin who was also depressed from the loss of his pregnant wife.

Furthermore, psychology deals with certain subjective issues which doesnt really make it a strict science.

Seriously, this is a load of BS. She uses Mandela as an example, where did she get the evidence that Mandela forgave his captors? Do you know the first thing that Mandela did after his release? He gave an address to nation that the armed struggle against apartheid was not over.
