Good Morning Gentleman, as 4 d question, it depends on where u are. But in lagos precisely ikeja @ d state government house, there's a section 4 dat, (If not lagos, u can check out ur state's govt. house) u can get these documents signed by a notary officer. Be very careful of "dem" oh, they are everywhere. Although, be prepared with some money 2 "help" urself. GOD BLESS U AMEN.
