if u like pictures then u will ve no option than to go 4 sonyericsson K-series cyber-shot.
if u like softwares u can go 4 nokia N-series. i use a sonyericsson P990. ND its suberb. has every thin u need.

bt at least to the best of my knowledge the last world mobile awards, sonyericsson took the best sound producing phone and best camera phone. W810 nd K800 respectively.
so da choice is urs.

Sonyericsson w800 is a tight phone,its not symbian so it cant contract virus.

@dragnet you know am a SE guy,just as you are to nokia and g-rock i 4got to tell you to visit mobile-review.com or gsmarena.com to compare phones,i think its best if you get information on some phones before purchase,the phone you desire largely depends on ur taste and not peoples suggestion.

If you are talking about camera phones I use SE k810 The camera ROCKS!! With just 3.2 Mega Pixel. A friend bought a Nokia N95 with 5.0 MP. The phone was superb under day light camera. When we tested at night, his Nokia 5.0 MP with Carl Zeiss optics was full of shit because it lacks xenon flash.

Imagine SE k810 with 3.2 MP contending with Nokia N95 with 5.0MP. Hell knows it will be no where near SE k850 with 5.0 MP.

If you are talking about music phone I have never used a SE W-Series phones. I know Nokia lovers are already dying for the just released w910.

Is Sonyericsson k850 out? Cos i saw k800i wit a friend and i fell in love with d camera.imagin taking nice pics at a night party wit a camera phone,i havnt see a brighter pics on at night on a cam phone. . .if k850 is out,i know d camera wil be killing.

Yes k850 is out with a wicked camera,its got 5.0 megapixel with xenon flash,so you gonna av xtraordinary nite pics.

@G-ROCK i believe SE are ok in terms of price, sound and pics, u can equally get all these from a NOKIA phone but in terms duralbility, hm NOKIAS are bad. If u need a good afordable phone, i think a NOKIA s60v2 are far more better cos u can always update to current features. I use a nokia 6260 so i will recommend this or 6230 cos it s a symbian phone wit a 1.3mp u can always love-vendor this phone to ur taste, no need to be afraid of virus infection cos there are lots of antivirus softwares for them as well as lots and lots of applications i think they have the most of applications and softwares.

Go 4 a nokia (3110classic) a series 40 phone that rocks with all u ever need. But dont ever buy a SE phone. Sect the 1st fault ur phone wuld encounter would be the (*joystick*) and the speaker aint loud, should it falls, damn it's saying bye-bye.
As 4 the w-series, the main fault is the charging point, then slowly it begins to hang and then the graphics begins to wear off.
Then the p-series cant take in a memory card of 512mb, it would cause the phone to malfunction.
And the k800i is fcu!<ing too fragile. The specifications are solid but dont ever compare it wit NOKIA N95 it's not possible.
So @poster go 4 a nokia phone.

chei! tope don buy one fan for nokia @g-rock there are reasons i suggested the review sites to you and one of them is cos people from all over the world usually post their reviews in that site and most of them usually complain of bugs and all that but there's always a solution to a problem and not all phones are wahala-free and also remember that the way you rock ur phone matters cos some people phones malfunction as a result of careless use so do ur investigation urself until you're satisfied and then make ur choice. @tope i know people complain about joystick being stuck after months of usage but that of speaka, chaarging point,graphics wear off and phone malfunction as a result of 512mb card,especially when all these problems accompanied with different phone series, that i neva hear am, and while mentioning my joystick's problem u forgot to mention that ur nokia phone ceased all of a sudden,it wont download items nor open applications,i remember you complained about it on nairaland.

I already fixed that problem sect.
I downloaded an application and made it access my system files, when i found out i restricted all access to my system files.
So now i can download the undownloadable's and browse to any limit.
My phone rocks.

Guys, i hv not seen a match or champion that can meet up to the standard of nokia N95. Any phone can challenge.
Nokia really rocks.

Most Nigerians seem to think nokia phones are the all in all, but am not surprised because nokia was the first phone company and they have stuck since then in the Nigerian market.

ask any Experienced IT Consultant or Expert, they would tell you to go for a SE phone, they are out beating Nokia in the international market now. i use a SE W850i and its super cool. can't wish for a better phone.

Heard of the SE W960i, i don't know if it is out yet in Nigeria, but that phone is BAD. it out beats the N95 series, it comes with a 8GB memory space and other goodies, just check it out.

And who says Nokia n95 hasn't got a 8GB version? ahaa aha ahaha
