ARCHITECT (FEMALE)
LEVEL: Middle Management

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing a team of professional architects, engineers, graphic designers and builders
• Supervising and management project personnel working on projects from brief to design to final implementation and roll out.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
•Msc Architecture with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. Must have completed NYSC

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and Result-oriented
• Good multitasking capabilities
• An eye for detail
• Ready to travel to any part of the country
• Mature personality
• Strong organizational skills
▪Must be able to use MS word, proficiency in 2D , 3D Revit for 3D drawings and production presentations
▪ Ability to use AUTO or ARCHICAD very good communication skills
▪ Experience dealing with artisans and site supervision
•Project Management certifications and experience a plus

Work Location: Lagos but must be willing to travel at short notice when necessary
