TB is one of the leading causes of death among people living with AIDS — not only because they're more susceptible to TB, but also because TB can increase the rate at which the AIDS virus replicates. One of the first indications of HIV infection may be the sudden onset of TB — often in a site outside the lungs (extra pulmonary TB). When you begin to feel the symptoms of tubercullosis in your body such as; feverish conditions, coughing, loss of apetite e.t.c. what you should do is to seek medical advice.

To start with first go for medical examinations, I mean medical diagnostic measures as your Doctor may direct you, after which if TB is confirmed you can now start the medications. No cause for alarm once the cause has been established.

Make sure you take diet that is rich in protein e.g. Egg,  Beans, Meat, Fish etc. and take your drugs very well.
