I think i have had enuf. I have been calling the number 200 for more than a month and I am tired of waiting for over an hour and not attended to. Is there anything wrong with Etisalat Customer care? Am I the only one feeling this hitch? I have to set an alarm to wake up at 5am to place a call to them. Was happy I got thru and they ruined it all by telling me that there system is under upgrading or sort that I should call back during later. OMG, I waited 1 month to get thru and was disappointed just by one statement from the call rep. What are (etisalat) doing about this issue? Who is to confront them for us cos NCC are not even doing there job. They offer cheap services but poor customer service of which customer service or relationship is the root to every business growth. I don't know what to do, My BIS Sucks and my internet disconnect all the time or stop surfing. Why is Etisalat so bad like this? I feel like crying.

Urs is one month, I have been trying the 200 for the past 5months now no I will hold for more than 2hours with no response. I have abused them on twitter and they keep saying rubbish. There customer care service is just so poor

yeah. just joined the network and their customer care us not good. was complaining about MTN, but it's a far cry from it.

although I learnt how to get connected quickly without waiting, the time it takes its still not good

Etisalat customer care is a bloody mess, I have been having issues with my blackberry service n you keep calling and calling no response. I pay for BIS and If I EVER EVER do the mistake of re charging whao my call credit disappears from every ping that gets in

The worst the far. Everything about them not only customer care. They will give promo, the promo will work

Make una shut up abeg! Even though they disappointed me during the time I subscribed for BIS, they are still the best and for the customer care, It occurs occassionally but I called them twice yesterday and they picked my call within 2 minutes, No joke

Etisalat cares less about it's customers, as they dont attend to us on the customer care line rather they will either be playing one jingle or the other or moving you around press 1, 2, 3, 4................. Please, for Goodness p

But for me, Etisalat has been the best in responding to calls on their customer care line.
whenever I call, they respond within 1 or 2 minutes .
If they did not pick your call, it might be a network issue or so.

Hmmm I mistakenly subscribed for their football 360 rubbish and all effort to stop it is not working their customer care line isn't connecting please does anyone know the way to stop it.... My airtime is disappearing.

For sometime now, I stopped using this line 08188036823, because whenever i recharge, N50 is instantly deducted from my account.
I don't know why.
I did not subscribe to any package.
So, stop this wicked deduction now so that I can use the number cause I am tired of been cheated whenever I recharge.

In fact! Nigeria Government should stop all this Rubbish Network. Etisalat will not pick call. Even they will not direct you to their customer agent or they tell you that their system is busy. Rubbish! More also, Glo is also stupid network provider. If I subscriber for 4.5g for 2500 monthly glo plan I will not be able to use 2g out of 4.5g what a useless network. And I can use 16g of Mtn or Airtel finish within a month. This Nigeria self, na wah ooooooo!
