An Evangelical Bible-based church Chatham, Ontario with 800-950 attendees Half of whom are Africans is prayerfully seeking a Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor.

The applicant must have a vision to grow the church by evangelism and soul winning while nurturing the congregation, As well as regular pastoral responsibilities, the Associate Pastor will be responsible for -connecting with and growing the family segment of our congregation, -supporting and equipping volunteers in the church, -providing leadership in the area of creative arts and worship.
This is a full-time ministry position, The Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor will be reporting to the Lead Pastor. Applicants must have a Certificate from a recognized theological college or seminary and 3-5 years experience in pastoral leadership
A person with sound Biblical training, sound doctrine, maturity of practice and who is able to lead orderly, heart-felt worship.

A person who is able to teach and prepare believers for the "work of service" and encourage their growth in Christ.

A person who is a believer of the Holy Bible, honest, diligent, sincere and discerning.

A person with a greater concern for the salvation of souls than for any Other Thing.

A person who is wise in the ways of evil, for purposes of counselling, but gives not into temptation.

A person who is a rock during crisis and motivates others to seek out Christ during dark and troubling times.

A person who loves the Lord and has a healthy fear of the Lord.

I made my research about the advert, the address and the supposed church only to discover it was a scam through a law attorney in Canada.Beloved,it's a scam the advert was posted from Ghana also.

You have no idea the sleepless night i had compiling write ups on various church doctrines which they demanded, the time consumed to prepare a sermon they requested in addition to compiling my old preached sermons which was forwarded to them.Thank God for the holy spirit which revealed two men behind this wickedness to me and also the law firm in Canada which performed a check on the advert and their emails to me only to discover that the people are actually outside Canada.

what then was your purpose of responding to their advert?i dont mean to disparage and honestly i respect people of authority no matter their inclination in faith.however,just reading through the advert,i knew it was a scam.just wondering how you didnt know

For a pastor all that is secondary.
The really important for paastores, is the collection of tithes which you can bring you financially.
What you are doing is just propaganda to capture unwary and fill your pocket.

STOLEN IN THE NAME OF GOD!
One day justice will be done, and all the fakers go to jail.
This trade should be banned religious in all countries that have a minimum of ethical!
