id like to sample opinions.

im interested in buying a mobile gaming machine. im not a avid gamer. my interest is pretty limited. i just like my PES occasionally.

between a PSP and a Phone like Xperia Play, which do you think is better? id rather prefer being able to consume content on it too, like browsing and movies. which is why im considering the fone vs the PSP

also consider the fact that im not about to start buying games by any means, therefore i shld be able to source games easily......

so what do you guys think.?

NB, if you know of a better phone (with dedicated controls or physical keyboard) pls recommend.

if you want to have other features beyond gaming, psp vita is the device for you.

Sony xperia play is a joke in my opinion

mykali: this Android people sha....now wey i don dey enjoy ICS dem don carry Jelly Bean come out.

now my mind can never be at peace until i have that Upgrade on my G.note sad

the JellyBean will work on s3 right?

DEFINITELY Jelly bean will work on GS3 and it should start rolling out officially anytime soon.

Not sure your G-Note will ever get official JB especially now that G-Note2 is about to be unveiled but there will eventually be custom JB ROM that will run on the G-Note, hopefully

The Galaxy S 3 will not get an official Jellybean port for the next couple of months. Count it as a minor miracle if we see it this year. ICS ROMs for the S2 only just started rolling out Q2 2011.

Get a galaxy SIII, use the Sixaxis app to pair a PS3 controller to the device. You're done!

yeah.. i thot of that too. was just not sure if the sixaxis app will work, and i dont own a PS anymore. kinda weird to go buy a ps pad without owning a game.

besides kinda defeats the purpose, having to carry a pad. i only game when stuck in lagos traffic with someone else driving cool how can i lug a gamepad to and fro work? bad for the image grin grin

im thinking the PS it will be, but to be the VITA, hmmn nope.not unless its now been hacked, besides im limiting my costs. that ting memory card costs a tidy sum plus the games!!

Piracy harms consumers!

Buy one game every 2 months at max 6k. Trade games with folks in lagos. If you buy FIFA for the Vita, you should be able to get months of playtime with it.

First, you should confirm that it is possible to unlock the boot loader of your phone by checking the service menu. In your phone, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#* to access the service menu.

In your phone, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.

Cool.

The next step involves unlocking the bootloader, upgrading to ICS and then flashing a prerooted ICS image. I can point you in the right direction if you have over 1GB of data to spare or we just hook up since I have all the files.

Drop your phone number or email address.

Thanks

Gurus, pls help a brother out. I have a Tecno T3 phone which is not rooted. Anytime I install app to the sd card, it works fine until after a day or two when the app icon will turn greyish and would not open again. It is otherwise if installed on the phone memory. What could be the problem? secondly, How do I uninstall a pre installed app as I dont like some of them? The sd card is the follow come card in case anyone wants to say the card is fake. Thank you.

I wanna ask a question. What are the benefits of rooting your Android device? What are you going to enjoy that you are not already enjoying?
