I studIed computer science back then in school, but not practicing my course of study due to the nature of my job. Am currently working as a front desk/admin officer in an IT company presently. All my job offers is either front desk/customer care or admin officer. Please, is there any professional course I can do in respect of my job experience? am kind of confussed because I intend to enroll for CCNA exams but the nature of my job is not encouraging me to sit for the exams. |

Maybe you should do ITIL V3 Foundation and progress to the IT Service Desk Path - this might be your call |

@seyenko(m): thanks very much. But i dont realy understand what you mean by ITIL V3. pls, can u explain better? thanks very much. And i was considering going for HR professional course or PMI. What do u think about my ideals? |

Why not something you can read for while at your desk? Database Mgt or Programming, maybe? |

My dear Sister, your calling might not be the core aspect of computer rather the service and application side. ITIL V3 Foundation will be bust your carrier considering your background and experience.
