Nigeria women need this badly. Having lived in the U.S for a while I could tell a Nigerian woman by simply looking at her butt; very flat. Pretty much all African American women have beautiful big butts and wide hips, not Nigerian women; not sure if it's genetics or malnutrition. Government should subsidies this for them! Even in Nigeria, only few I have seen with big butt. In America, virtually all I have seen have flat butt. This kind of discourages me but have no choice but look at African American women.

muffins99: I've been expecting this topic for a while and here it is...finally. I've got very slim hips but a average size bum( or so i think). It's difficult to find skirts and dresses that fit well and am usually to be found in trousers. I'm a woman and want to dress feminine but have to trade feminity against looking good (overall). I've researched into drugs, creams, surgery, exercise and decided that I'd try exercise and see if those work. I wont recommend drugs, or surgery because of the high risk. Drugs cause homonal imbalance and can increase the risk of cancer etc; surgery is high risk as well and involves insertion of artificial materials or fat transfer (unfortunately, I'm not fat so have nothing to transfer!!!)

Anyhow, if you are interested in enlarging

There's loads of exercises for firmimg or enlarging your bum. Try lunges and squats but if you want videos or instruction just search on google or youtube and you'll get loads.


Pills (Not recommended)
The most popular ones are biggerbuttpills and dimecurves but maccaroot also has good reviews. There are others out there but personally, I'll advice that you steer clear of pills

Surgery:
Not recommended
Very expensive


Also try reducing the circumference of your waist as this makes your hips/bum look bigger. I've got a flat tum so usually cinch in my waist with belts - this works for me because there's no excess flesh to spill above or below the belts)

Finally, don't expect miracles. It'll take weeks or months unless you go for surgery. So please stick with any option you decide on. I started exercising 3 weeks ago and my bum is firmer and more lifted. I haven't noticed any increase in size but as I said before, it will take time.
