On the list of 'swallows', we have;

1. Eba(Garri)
2. Pounded yam
3. Semovita
4. Amala
5. Wheat (meal for people on diet)
6. Fufu

I'm not crazy about swallows, but I'll choose Eba.

followed by semovita....then pounded yam.

4,1,6 in that order..

Am also not crazy about swallows as well but of recent I had a taste of Amala and it caught me real bad + I got to learn that it was made from plantain which makes it yummy for me to consume cos before now, it's colour used to be a Big turn off but not anymor. Pounded yam is first on my list, reason being, I heard from a nutritionist that eating yam gives more flesh to the arse
