This confirms what i have always said about the ridiculous prices placed on Properties in Nigeria. These are the sort of people that buy a simple 4 bedroom duplex for N120m for the simple reason that they did not have to work for the money. No hardworking self-made man will buy a house for N100, N150 or N200 million as being advertised by some unscrupulous estate agents here.
Property prices in Nigeria are artificial and arbitrary. Corrupt Public officials have ruined the market for ordinary hardworking Nigerians.
This is my take on it. Feel free to add your own opinion.

PS: These 45 mansions are owned by just 6 persons. Ordinary civil servants. >:
