Hello pple in the house first time online, anyway what baffles me is that all this talks about the best scjhool shouldn't be an argued subject, okay.The school is on it's own, the student paint the school he/ she is .All i'm trying to say is just that guys, let's get united okay,And make up with your school standard, that's all.I am a student of Univeristy Of Lagos (UNILAG).

5 schools were nominated for the best in Africa and it was Only UNIBEN that was among the 5 in Nigeria which tecnically means that Uniben is the best University in Nigeria. I think that should solve the problem on this thread.lol

There are no good universities in Nigeria. You do not find a single Nigerian uni amongst the best 1000 universities globally. In the current African university ranking, only Pan African University Lagos headed by Prof. Odinachi utomi made the list of the 100 (number 85, I think) best universities. All these our UI, UniLag, UNN are nothing but mediocre secondary schools.

u all got it wrong , av u 'forget better by far'. the university of ilorin is actually the best in the nigeria of today,check bbc ranking and nuc official website. u.i o.au. are the varsities still basking in the their past glories, power don shift come unilorin since 1976.wen talking abt the only school that does not strike, unilorin readily comes to mind. the harvard of nigeria. dont get deceived, it only unilorin that u graduate a the right time unlike othe schools where u use at least 7yrs 4 a 4 yr course.

But i did prefer University Of Nigeria (Nnsuka).
