During the crisis in Libya, nationals of many countries were sent home by their national governments. News reached Emmanuel TV in May, however that there were 300 Nigerians in prison in Libya that had not yet been brought back. Many were pregnant and many had been killed. They urged Prophet T.B. Joshua to air their plight on Emmanuel TV so the presidency could be made aware and intervene in their affair. Shortly after Emmanuel TV made their situation known, the governmentof Nigeria assisted in deporting them back to Nigeria.

Truly, Jesus Christ is the Restorer and Reconciler!. Prophet T.B. Joshua appreciates all involved in returning the Nigerians in Libya back to their homes. He acknowledged the good work of the government in attending to the needs of all of their nationals in other countries and appreciated their response.
He then presented 4 million naira and bags of rice to them on behalf of the nation of Nigeria.
