The credits on my blackberry keep disappearing, sometimes as much as 1000 would go just like that. I am with Mtn and tried to call them but did not suceed. I use the Bbc complete plan.Does anybody know why this happen.Cheers |

Check if a third party application such as 4shared or something is running on ur bb device or if u watch a video on YouTube. Such activities are nt covered by ur bbc complete bis subscription. |

Mine always happens even today ,they always deduct the credit on my Bb. |

Avoid using operamini as your browser Set nimbuzz to use BIS as access point if you have it installed or any third party software installed Use uc web or bb browser |

Infact all these service providers in Naija are the same. I have used Airtel and Etisalat, now with Glo, the story remains the same with MTN. Well, what I observed with Glo is that when you watch a video on youtube, u are actually using ur airtime for that and not ur BIS subscription. So, maybe it applys to MTN. |

@ sting 224 Sorry for replying late. The bb is a curve. 9380 and the software is up to date .To counter the problem I have taken to using the bb solely for Bis and only recharge when renewing my subscription. |
