This is not a post to say we need Obi as president, but ironically, the nigeria is in the pits of the abyss because of over borrowing, under-productivity, and dollar hording by politicians and bankers. Obi's #1 contribution to Anambra was he was able to do with N1 what would have ordinarly cost others N100. By the time he was finished Anambra went from a low revenue, indebted state, to a lender of money with the leanest most logical and effective budget in Nigeria. All while cutting no comfort for Anambra people. Nobody can say something they enjoyed was taken away by Obi unless it was something the person was using to embezzle money or defraud others. The person we would ordinarily need at the moment is somebody who is exceptionally smart about spending. Tinubu has his strengths but his strength depend on borrowing and heavy spending. He's a 'macro' manager, not a 'micro' one. But as for me, I am now BATIFIED so don't think this is a complaint 12 Likes 2 Shares |

The truth is that left with certain set of people, they will still prefer and vote tinubu again just as they DID for buhari, not because they don't know what will be the result but just to spite another set of people, can you beat that? And they will come back to call those they spite haters, Anyways, this is not the time to claim I told you so, but a time to tell those people that they are supposed to learn from past mistakes 15 Likes 1 Share |

BlakKluKluxKlan: It's not like apc was any better. Knocking down our forex resrves to less than 4 billion naira is hardly a sign of gokd goverment. By the way the debt buhari incurred with the help of tinubu is one of the reasons why we can't pay for fuel to be subsidised to 200.naira per liter. Again, either way, here we are. 8 Likes |

One good thing about politics is that while you’re out of power, you are the beautiful bride and you always know the solution to all problem. When you get to power, you’ll then know say no be child play. I remember when Bosun always criticize everything about the government. Now baba is the minister for communication and he saw that he can only get less done compared to the lot of things in his brain. Obi can even say he will turn $1 to N1, some people go believe him because vegetable wey you dey use mouth cook dey always sweet. 21 Likes 1 Share |

Solving Nigeria's multifarious and hydra headed problems are easier done from outside the seat of power just like it's easier to coach a football team and select the best eleven players outside the pitch of play. Oliseh was a good football analyst on DSTV supersports but a woeful and divisive coach when eventually given the coaching job. "If wishes were horses, beggers will fly" . 2 Likes |

AkinPhysicist: You probably don't want to believe it because of chest pains, but Anambra is the best economy in Nigeria. It's not the largest, but it's the best. Especially when it comes to the management of government funds. Send me a state better and I will show you the day Anambra loaned them money. I'm from Imo btw. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Ofodirinwa: It's just PDP lite. APC and PDP are just the same Plus LP is supposed to be a socialist party. They won't have accepted an Obi in their ranks. Seriously, if we could all vote out APC, PDP and vote in new parties..not LP, or NNPP, other parties, better for Nigeria. Let's try something new. My mantra for years. |

Ofodirinwa: At least detail how it is the best when compared to other states instead of all this 2027 Peter Obi campaign broadcast. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can use your exact words and insert any other state. If Anambra is so great as you've espoused, why are people leaving there to migrate to other places, particularly a certain place not far from Cotonou? Why are Corpers not working their service there? Why is there no visible mass migration to the Anambra land of milk and honey especially during these times. Can we also have a list of monies Anambra loaned to other states? 3 Likes |

3seriez:Another truth is that there are people who see the shackles and chains on their hands and legs as ornaments of Gold And diamond, and like I said, a mad person will not accept that they are mad, when I say that those who made mistakes will learn from it, I wasn't talking to fools because a fool doesn't agree that they are fools and aren't expected to learn from them, I wasn't talking to people like you, a person who voted against his personal interests just to spite another person and is ready to repeat it again and turn around to call others haters. If you are a little more intelligent, you would have looked at the thing said first before exposing yourself 2 Likes |

LegendHero: Oga, Obi has been there before. He is highly exposed in governance. He turned Anambra from an indebted and chaotic state into a financially stable one. When Buhari was dolling out bailout to States, Anambra didn't collect it. They were not owing salaries. The new governor then (Willy Obiano) did not have need for such loans. Peter Obi made that happen. Peter Obi will not waste #6b buying a presidential Yatch. He will not spend #75b renovating President's & Vice President's homes in Lagos and Abuja. Tinubu is a bug spender. . 4 Likes 1 Share |
