Ok seen the pics..i would say this is a Black and White Tailed Hornbill.Nigerian subspecies (Tockus fasciatus .semifasciatus) It could be a pet because it is gregarious, tame and vocal. Abeg find a cage and line it with leaves and grass..then go and google what it eats. You for leave am if this is how you want to keep it

I think it eats snails, I might be wrong though, our compound used to be full of snails, big ones, and a bird similar like this made our compound its joint
