FrLukas: Didn't they say history has a way of repeating itself?...... if we don't learn from our past mistakes we are likely to make them again. Isn't it the same way Whites came to South Africa.... and gradually took away our (African) prime lands and keep forming settlements/ghettos for us? We are doing the same.... welcoming them to take our lands in the name of mechanized large scale farming..... welcoming them to take over our coast in the name of largest seaports in the whole of Africa....welcoming them to exploit our labour force in the form of International Trade Zones..... going to them to buy us out in the form of massive unserviceable loans.... selling us dreams of a bright future. We are being sold out by our leaders and don't even know. 2 Likes 1 Share |

FrLukas: Stop displaying ignorance on cyberspace, no country in the world will lend u money without a condition moreover they (Chinese) will only acquire the project and manage it to return their money... There is no way they will take away the sovereignty of a Nation, Go and read the terms and condition very well b4 displaying ignorance here bro. FG is borrowing money for capital expenditure, at least they are not borrowing the money for looting we can vividly see what they are using the money for. 6 Likes 1 Share |

anigbajumo: So I see you mention ignorance twice in your write up that is devoid of any new thought. Just rehashing what the bandwagon is saying. I refuse to engage people who don't even have the data to open YouTube and watch real life racist abuse by Chinese in Africa countries. Believe whatever you want to believe. Why am I not surprised? Aren't you guys the same Nigerians that would support their degenerate leaders simply because he's from their ethnicity? Give people like that small change to eat three times a day and they are ready to sell their future and the destiny of their kids to the Chinese. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Originalsly: Thank you. Someone who sees the picture. You see youths happy because they now have train? Just a few days ago some were complaining about how Chinese employers were treating Nigerian workers under them. That's just the beginning. Ordinary pre-intimacy and Nigerians are having orgasm. What will they now do when the Chinese begin real thrusting? (Pardon my allusion to sex). 2 Likes 1 Share |

JuanDeDios: Yes I am. Centuries ago, what you think was ordinary mirror and gin was a novelty to our forefathers. Today, it isn't mirror and gin, it is train that is a novelty in African countries. See how they come out to launch the trains like it's a big deal. Same trains that the western world is about to ditch for a hyperloop. Check Dubai and see. 1 Like |

FrLukas: The best and only way to boost industrialization in Nigeria is by through (BOT) but I don't know the reason why FG is not banking on that. The next option is by through Chinese loan and obviously it's working out perfectly. We av tool loan from EU, AFDB and IMF we couldn't see the dividends of these loan in our country, are we going to continue like these?? Some of you here don't realises that Chinese loan is at low interest and give u a decade or two decades to pay, just Google search and check it. When we av stable power supply then functioning transportation system with adequate security then we can say our future is secured because it will boost inflow of investors and automatically drive in industrialization... 4 Likes 1 Share |

No nation with great population can achieve optimum development with a robust transport system especially through the rail transport system. Let this be sustained to all the major towns in the country and see the BOOM! |

FrLukas: What's the difference between AMCON and china? You fail to meet up your loans , they recover their asset. The IMF give you money and roll out policies to you that'll take the money Back to them. Focus on your incompetent leaders and the youths who fight for them. America is still owning China but difference is that the loans are being used . If this present government can utilize this loans there's no way we can't repay with our population. 2 Likes |

Shut up and stop this ignorant talk about selling Nigeria...there is no problem about collecting loan what you should be more concerned with is if the purpose of the loan is being achieved. Every nation borrow and is in debt...even china is in bigger debt... FrLukas: |

anigbajumo: Let's just watch and see ok? I am tired of trying to convince people that the Chinese has colonial interest in Africa whether we like to see that or not. A simple trip to YouTube will show that the story is the same all over Africa. South Africa just got out of apartheid not so long ago. Now the entire African continent, south of the Sahara are about to plunge themselves into slavery again. Do you know what the average Chinese think of you? Google the Chinese man that was deported from Kenya for calling Kenyans monkeys. Google racism in Kenya, where blacks are not allowed into Chinese-owned restaurants after 5pm, their trains there are driven by Chinese and when there's going to be photo-ops, they allow blacks to drive the train...only for photoshoot. Do you know what the Chinese tells the Kenyan engineers working on the trains. "Here, wear these uniforms so that you look less like a monkey" Is that the kind of country you want your kids to grow up in? And need I remind you that there are over 1 billion Chinese. Imagine them flooding Africa. In Zambia, they have practically taken over the economy. You even see Chinese roasting corn to sell by the side of the road. Be careful what you wish for. The Chinese come bearing Greek gifts. 1 Like 1 Share |
