firstly, i will give honour to whom honour is due,most especially those who have made sensible impact on this community one way or the other e.g spider,amalone,femmmy and so on more greese to ya elbows.
i have a project am embarking on and i will like to share my experience with you all and i will also like contribution from you all.
This project is in ibadan, oyo state, is on a 2 plot of land, and my plan is to build a 4 bedroom bungalow very standard one all ensuite with 2 living room,one private one general,including a visitor waiting room, also will have a 2bedroom BQ in rear all ensuite but not as big as the main building will also have a gatehouse. have pass the foundation level which cost me #3,050,000.000,and 4 soakaway 2big and 2 small. the fencing cost me #1,350,000.00 my gate #200,0000naira which have erected i entrusted this job into the hand of my engineer who have found very trustworthy becos is the person
that build my friend house from foundation to finish and is not even in nigeria we both live in the state as we speak but have been to his house when i vist naija last year and all i said to him was thanks you and good job because i took someone that is an engineer to the place to check the build out and he was impressed.so that is why am using him.and i will recommend him for those that live or have land and want to develop it in oyo state and its sub to use him. as the project continue i will feed you guys. am doing this without is knowledge i just want us to see if is work is worth praising or not.Below are the new price list he gave me on the price from foundation to level roofing not included,we are still negotiating on the price. i will stop here for now.will respond to all contribution asap.NOTE ALL THE WINDOWS WILL BE ARK ,
