As noted earlier, UC is best for downloading not for surfing.

UC way too advance for opera mini. I can download 3 files of about 100mb to 300mb each silmutaneously.

Just try that with unModded Opera Mini. Hell no. My PC appz and Antivirus na UC.

Its true that airtel has stopped opera from browsing from their network but gurus still browse on.im in uyo and thats what im using to post.the brazilian IP i used last week and im using no IP with a dns tweak using opera 4.2 by iyke.use http://195.189.142.132:80. Username internet.i wil upload d opera when im on my laptop.

You must be kidding me with UC better for surfing. Opera presents the page better and other points others listed previously. The recent one I found annoying about UC is using the 'Find' function - pathetic.

Opera is so silly that if you are downloading a file, the other pages you are using becomes slow

It can now be officially confirmed that Airtel now has her 'Airtel Opera Mini'. This confirms @aze's earlier posts.

Etisalat, MTN, Airtel except Glo have done this.

It's late for them. Luckily for me, my subscription was to end 2 days after the day they stopped opera from working and I had to switch to Etisalat. Plus I'm now addicted to mt uc web....Etisalat naija for liiiffffeeeeeee

It's like airtel has entered into a form of partnership with operamini. I checked the start page of my operamini a while ago and lo and behold, airtel logo and ads have taken the place of mtn logo and ads that used to be on the start page of my operamini. Has anyone noticed this?

try the latest version. quite an improvement.

the UI is not blue. its black and a few useless features have bee removed. i was surprised it works that well now myself.
give it a shot first

I do nt know what could be wrong .This what i saw: English / Espanol set my location privacy/legal/help. Pls what do you suggest I do now since I cnt find any word like change my view or desktop?

Opera is back with airtel. Seems airtel did some configurations, cuz i now see airtel bookmarks synchronised with the opera start page

this is exactly what they will display but when u click on the yahoo on the top-left corner it will take u to the page I show u,then u can change it frm there.

Anyway, yahoo mail is noted to actually have issues with accessing it on mobile for some phones. It's been a while since I have been to their website via phone - what I do is to setup my inobx to receive mails to my windows phone - the same with BB. Used to do that too on my Nokia - what phone model are you using?
