The problem started whe APPLE started patenting and suing for rounded curves and hand gestures on touch devices. I think patent things such as that is CRAP. And winning such cases is more crap. So no one can complain when Samsung sues APPLE? The question is what should be termed copying? So long as the operating systems are different such lawsuits in fairness should not hold any water.
