The suspects comprising eight individuals and five companies were arraigned before Justices Habeeb Abiru and Lateefa Okunnu of the Lagos High Court, Ikeja.

The individuals involved are Aro Samuel Bamidele, Abiodun Kayode Bankole, Ifeanyi Anosike, Emeka Chukwu, Ngozi Ekeoma Alhaji Adamu Aliyu Maula, George Ogbonna and Emmanuel Morah. The five companies involved are A.S.B. Investment Company Limited, Anosyke Group of Companies Limited, Dell Energy Limited, Downstream Energy Sources Limited and Rocky Energy Limited.

I do thank the federal government for unveiling such corrupt practices and urge the judiciary to expedite actions and bring the culprits to book . I earnestly suggest that government should bring an end to all these looting in the oil sector by removing the subsidy completely and also ensure its deregulation.

This is one the major things wrong with Nigeria and its fight against corruption.
Why parade these people as criminals when no court has ever pronounce judgement on them.
