Without doubt the King James Bible was written, re-written and edited to fit with the times and the motives of the era, but then again, the same can be said about all the different versions of the bible that exist and there are many.

They all contradict each other and were written to support the beliefs of the day and / or religion they are supposed to represent, be that Mormon, Jehovah's, Catholics, Anglican or any other of the myriad of faiths within the Christian church.

During that period too, around the 16th century, Jamestown(still King James) in Virginia America, which is the first American colony was discovered(1607). So King James allowed anybody who wanna migrate to the newfoundland(America) to search for Gold and Silver. some English People who dont like the new religion in England which was labelled Church of England, decided to use that opportunity to migrate to Jamestown so that they can practice their religion freely and maybe start their own religion. Pentecostal church also started in this Newfoundland.
