Based on OP's experience, I decided to take a friend to felix in PH to fix his AC. turned out to be my regret of 2013. The guy is a total jerk. After wasting our 4days in PH, he ended up burning the car compressor. How on earth will an AC technician refuse to lubricate d ac system with oil after discharging refrigerant frm d system and replacing the condenser despite warning him. Immediately he pumped gas into d system, burning smell was everywhere nd d compressor clutch jammed up. To worsen d matter,he took d compressor to repair and ran away. Dat wil be his greatest undoing of this year, cos we r out for him. Please nairalanders, avoid dis fraudster nd jerk. I wudnt want anybody to go thru wat we have been thru. OP, pls take down his phone number so dat no other person will fall victim. I now understand y OP dint go back to dis "wonderful" fellow.

I've learned fixing HVAC systems can be very frustrating especially when you consider the time and costs.

Car systems and human beings can fail at any point, we only have to figure what went wrong and get the solution. I believe you guys can settle this matter without involving the police.

Meanwhile he hasn't run away with your compressor. He has gone to fix it but I recommend you replace it. He has no money now to buy a new compressor and I believe if he did he would have. Take it easy with him.

He wants to buy gas and oil, and come along with your compressor to meet you before this week runs out. He should have it fixed by then

N.oxide( hope its not laughing gas), tnks for ur intervention. D response he gaVe u is d response he gave me last week, he was supposed to bring d compressor last week tuesday. Wen I didn't see him, I called, he said it wil be last week saturday. On dat day, I dint see him. Wen I cald, he just told me dat d compressor cudnt be repaired nd no point coming. Since den his number hasn't been reachable. I dint want to involve police cos he is a human nd tins like dis can happen to anyone. But d way he is going leaves me with no choice, cos my friend had an option but I insisted on felix. Well, obviously he won't be allowed to continue d work. He shud just return d compressor.
