I believe in the Supreme Force I call God, but I don't believe religion is necessary for developing relationship with Him. I need tips on how to be spiritual without religion from people who are spiritually inclined here on Nairaland. Thanks for your contributions |

You don't need to do anything special to be spiritual and not religious. All you do is ease up on or cancel attendance at religious gatherings while remaining a conscientious, decent and considerate person. You can also pray to God and other benevolent powers, including your departed ancestors, whenever you feel like it. |
