The Parents are very religious but the children are but Rascals? Why so? Who do we blame? The parents not paying attention to their children? The children not seeing examples from their parents? The society or Satan? What is the Way out? Lets respond responsibly!

IMO, those children are over protected and restrained from doing some certain things and even deprived of the knowledge of those things. it has been opined that the only source of knowledge is experience, so these kids tend to do worst when they explore things themselves when they have the opportunity to do so. They are not taught some things by their parents and it is assumed/deemed that since they're pastors children, they are bound to behave well. The other reason could be spiritual. Devil@work.

even the imam's children i knew of, were disciplined and well mannered, talkless minister's kids.

not sure why you folks always assume everybody is uncouth, dysfunctional and lack home training like you.

Are all pastor's children well behaved? Op said "some". He didn't say all. If you can agree not all are well behaved, then STFU.

say SOME children, why are you singling out a particular group?

and what actually concerns you to the extent of opening s.tupid threads like this?

in my own experience, the ministers' children i know, were well behaved and had home training.

do you have a problem with that?

if the ones you know, were troublesome, then that must be due to your bad influence- in other words, you're a tout.

your first thread in 2013 is this junk?

better be ready to catch feelings then. undecided

So who are you forming for now? You're hungry, perhaps Indomie hungry man size will do. You couldn't even comment without insulting people. What an irony, someone evidently uncouth calling someone names.

I don't believe this. It's just a false stereotype. The thing is people expect you to be 'holier than thou' by virtue of your position (while they consider it okay to mess up themselves) . So percieved misbehaviour from you is magnified whereas another child does the same thing and it's not much of a big deal.
This applies to christians, pastors, people in high positions, celebrities etc because they are at the focus.

On point!!! pple tend to think pastor's children 're bad because dey expect them to be pastor's children and not human beings (teenagers). Dey think d pastor's children thingy makes dem special which is so wrong. Dey're also children who later become teenagers and shld be expected to show some traits. @Poster, just trying seeing dose pastor's children as teenagers and stop expecting too much 4rm dem because of their parent's position. U wld den cum to agree dt dey're just being teenagers.

Are pastors not humans? why do pple expect so much from them and their children?, of course, whether pastor's children or not, they will definately pass thru d stages others are passing thru, so, its not waywardness, its phase of life.
