America has LOTS of accents. You have Southern accents, Mid West accents, Long Island accents, Boston accents, Louisiana accents, etc, etc.
Then there are lots of different ethnic groups in America, so you have Mexican accents, Russian accents, Italian accents, and more.

Black people learn whatever accent they hear growing up. Same as everyone else.

I grew up in Maryland, so I have a Maryland accent. Just like everyone else from Maryland.

Ayo...The Accents Vary from region to region..even within the region

Like for example....Blacks from Philly don't even speak with the same accent as Blacks from Bmore

Whites from Boston don't even speak with the same accent as Whites from Staten Island and Northern Jersey....

No such thing as a Color Based Accent.

Even By Region..it Will Vary within the Same Region, and within the same "Color"

Many Blacks from Beantown Speak with that New England Accent, whether white or Black

Same with the Blacks and Hispanics on Staten Island and Northern Jersey...Sound the same as the Italians.

So Race Can't determine it automatically.

You take a White Guy, and raise him in maybe an Urban Environment around Blacks, and he will develop what YOU might call a "Black Accent"

It Varies to Greatly Brah.

I know some blacks in the Northern Jersey Who Sound Just Like Italians on the Phone.

They have been raised around them their whole lives.
