The mtn code number to reset a data plan seize not work, i mean to text ''reset'' to 131. I sent one this morning and it says ''invalid command''. Anyone with the same issue?

Yes,you are right. Since the day I have sent "RESET" to 131 on my mtn sim, I have not been able to browse with the same sim. Anybody knows the way out?

Just forget about the possibility of it working again.It has been DISABLED Even on their C.C Agent system for good.I was lucky enough,a CC Agent Reset my own for me early in the morning b4 it was finally disabled in the afternoon.

This is very bad apart from the fact that u won't be able to browse with money after using subscription, this reset stuff is the meat & potatoes for my heavy downloads... I know some pple will get what I'm talking about. Seriously hoping they bring it back oo

I can not still browse on my mtn sim since my 2H mtn plan expires a week ago.somebody should come to my rescue.

If u really want to browse subscribe to any data u will browse.let us just say dial *104# have at least 100 bucks.Tell me if u can't still browse

I followed steps to sim card settings

All Prompts says disable, etc

Sim. Disabled
Network. Disabled
Network Subset. Disabled
Service Provider. Disabled
Corporate. Disabled

On Main Screen shows network name eg MTN and signal 3G is on but not able to make any connections like calls says no service
