If Boko Haram will get amnesty then the killer govt operatives should also apply for amnesty and to be fair they deserve double amnesty if there is a word like that. The reasons are;
1. They did not start the mayhem
2. They risked their lives and families future
3. They are affected by the bad example set by goodluck and his PDP hordes

Have they been able to capture & dealt with Kano park bombers. I thought he said the casualty figure was exagerated beyond proportion that the figure was just 4 & not the 185 as reported.
