When am angry my speech tends to slow and sometimes stammer,and i lose my tear gland,but if you smile or mock me,i put up a fight which i know is not good.so i storm out cool off then listen to rock music or sing then i shake up.speak your turn

I take a walk to cool off

It depends on d pple involved. I can either talk fast and say rubbish,take a walk or bone d person or get very busy

The last time I reacted in anger was in 2007, and I never believed my action as its better imagined than experienced. But since then maturity and Christlike nature has taken away that from me. Now, I can hardly be annoyed to over react, however, if am annoyed I just walk away from the scene or remain silent cause tears would roll out of my eyes if I am to say a word. But, truly speaking, I dont get provoked except in extreme cases which are rare !

I try to control myself and walk out of there. Then I go to some place, sit down, pick my pen and paper and start writing. I write all forms of jargon going through my head at that moment. I keep writing and writing...after writing, i start reading and reading. After a while, i feel better and keep the paper confidential in a safe place where nobody can see it (mostly, they're things I don't want anybody to see). After about a week or two, i pick up the paper, read it up, laugh at myself (it's always crazy) and tear the paper. Voila! anger has dissappeared. If it's a place where I can take a nap, THERE'S NOTHING AS THERAPAUTIC AS SLEEP! It just has a way of making it all dissappear.

It's good knowing how to control anger,i do tell myself anger is a word short of danger.

I run and freeze my b utt off..... yeah running around the blocks, get it?

I drink water....plenty of water to make a whole ocean go dry.

If water doesnt work, i take a stroll to cool off.

If strolling doesnt work, i take a bottle of beer.

If beer doesnt work.........THEN YOU ARE IN TROUBLE.

I can't laugh biko

Depends on who I'm angry with. If its someone random and unimportant,I ignore and walk away.
If its a driver or conductor messing with my change,I curse his life out
If its someone close,I vent and nag and nag until I'm tired then I go to sleep.

So also me, it depends on whoever im angry with, if its someone older than me, and whom i respect so much, e.g mum, elder sibling..........i keep quite, any attempt to talk may brin our tears from my eyes.

If hubby, i keep quite a while, then either write or text or mail him later to express my feelings.
If friends, i just ignore, sometimes, i hiss and walk away.

May God help us all o........anger can make one look mad, if not properlly and maturely handled.

Anger is a very dangerous word that has taught me lessons. If you meet me for d first time,you will never believ its d same me the next time you see the angry part of me. Last time I was angry and reacted,I beat my roommate up and I regretted it cause I was realy pushed after so much rubbish from her, the other time with an FRSC official whom I almost slapped in public for winking at me while I was carrying my son and standing beside my hubby.(Some men are so brainless).

If am angry with my hubby,I just keep mute cause his anger is bad too so imagine me getting angry as well is bringing down d roof. Only my hubby can caution me when am angry o. My friends n family knows better than to get me angry o.

Get angry with a stranger? NO its useless cause I will just end up having migraine and a stranger would have gone so I simply ignore.

I once slapped a police man in my secondary school days(oh yes he deserved it cause what he did was unspeakable).

God is my strength as he as taught me to control my anger over the years and my hubby to as taught me as well.

If its my parents,i just walk out however if its anybody,i will release all the anger and venom of words inside me before walking out

Yes o my dear,d police realy crossed his boundary, I was in my ss3 writing my waec,the stupid police man sat beside me inside the bus I boarded going for my papers,I was wearing my uniform and he felt i was naïve n young seeing me as a secondary school girl and decided to take advantage by putting his dirty filthy hands on my breast. O my God I dint know where I got d spirit or guts from cause I gave him a dirty sounding slap right inside d bus,he was shocked n tried denying it but d bus driver actualy saw him tru his mirrow. It took my school principal to come to that scene before I left him alone o,cause I began to cry n said not untill I saw my mum before I would live him.there was so much crowd. Around shouting on d police man dressed in his uniform,he felt so shamed and began to plead but I dint have any of that as a held strongly in is shirt with both hands.


From that day henceforth I Hate police men with all my life n vowed never to have anything to do with dem or my kids. Till date even the ones as security at our gate I don't return their greetings.I have no respect for those men in black not in this life.

I'll go somewhere quiet or lock myself indoors because anger can destroy a lot of things if it is not controlled.

When I'm angry, I come online and ban seun and his mods

i will try as much as possible not to do wht i will regret later,,, sometimes i will go out on a stroll,,,, or to court, play some basketball, and get my mind off it..

Whenever i am angry, i destroy things worth millions of dollars.
The last time, it was a Bugatti Veyron Sport that was smashed due to my anger.
