Music is an art, and as such is supposed to be for expression, expression of ideas, feelings (of love, hate anger) etc. And music videos help to further express these feelings, or ideas, concepts or what ever the singer seeks to tell people about.

But unfortunately there has been an increase in strange sightings in music videos. To the ordinary eyes these images mean nothing, but to the eyes of someone who knows about the occult, these images are troubling. Why would hip hop and pop singers put occult symbols in their music videos? Why would rap artist jay Z for example glorify the life of one of the greatest occultists in modern history aleister crowley, by making expressions In support of his idealogy or showing subliminal thelemic and free masonic symbology in his videos? Why would lady gaga, kesha, katy perry, kanye west, lil wayne etc, show us images that have no relevance to the hip hop and pop cultures in their music videos? Is there an hiDden agenda here?

I've heard countless stories about the illuminati and their quest to control the world, many of my nairalanders who are skeptics might shrug off these theories, and I'm not saying these theories are true, BUT, the proliferation of freemasonic oCcult symbologies in the music video industry is troubling. And I don't want to believe that these artists do these things to cause controversy cos, that's not the case,

signs tell you something, symbols represent something else. also, signs are used for everyone to see, whereas symbols may be used so that only a specific person/group of people know what it means. signs may have symbols on them (and often do), but not the other way around. And what I know is that it is our brain that give meaning to symbols. Illuminati conspiracy become popular after 9/11 and I see some stupid conspiracy online on boston bombing too. This is ridiculous. The supposed "evidence" people use (links between major events) are common things. Like the tsunami in Japan where some folks draw baphomet from the water rise. You can create an illuminati conspiracy from pretty much anything. I once told my friend that all blackberry users are illuminati puppet drawing my points from the way phone is handled with two hands forming a pyramid and how addicted blackberry users are to their phone....i know what im saying is framed lie but my friend does believe me. In fact, it is something my friends do often (one person points out anything, say a tree, the other has to somehow link it to the Illuminati). Also, I don't think a group created to combat superstition would now be at the centre of a superstition itself. Wouldn't they announce it to everyone rather than just drop hints? When I was a great fan of this theories, I can fish out hundreds of illuminati stuff from all movies, songs and pictures but that doesn't make me right.
