I don't see how a non- Igbo person would want to be deported to Anambra specifically so I every much doubt that the false information was provided by the deportees.
It was the duty of the Lagos government to ensure that they were deporting Anambra indigenes only to Anambra state. If any doubt existed, they were to investigate further.
