please nairalanders i have got a slight problem and need your help.. I was asked to answer a question that was sent into my phone by etisalat and get free daily inspirational messages and wise sayings's..little did i know it was going to cost me something, i enjoyed the inspirational text messages through out last week. This week etisalat have decided to show me the other side of them each time i recharge, within a twinkle of an eye 60naira is gone. Pls do someone have any idea how i can opt out? Dnt want the text messages again, please help me out before affliction rises the second time tommorrow morning. Tanx.

Send STOP or CANCEL to the number that sends the inspirational messages to you.
E.g STOP to 12345
or CANCEL to 12345

In my own case sending cancel did not work and I had togo to their office in anger to stop the lame wise sayings. A book of Chinese proverbs is much better than all the vexatious pretentious half baked sayings they were sending to their customers.
