you could tell the sender to allow you collect it without ID.

Depends on the amount, below 300 USD yes, it is also subject to you having an Account with the receiving bank as well.

Ok, maybe that is how they do it in Nigeria, but all the time i have used to send money, they have never had to have an account with the bank, even made them got paid in $$ . . . But i could be outdated with information cos i have seized to use them
