Femi Falana is my Hero for today, he is truly a SAN, Fashola is not qualified to be called a SAN, cos it doesnt seem to me that Fasola understands the ABC of the laws he signed to protect the disadvantaged.

Tribalism has eaten too much into the brains of Fashola and his fans.

Mitch D Leo: I see this Deportation thing as rubbish Its just like asking Black Americans to leave America and return to the continent they originally came from Africa. What about beggars that were Born in Lagos are you saying they dont have a right to call themselves Lagosians. . Am not Yoruba but i was born in Lagos and raised in Lagos and am Proud to call myself a lagosian. All this tribal and ethnic things are rubbish because at the end of the day the world does not care if you are Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa, they only care about the country you come from Nigeria.
no doubt you are a Lagosian but where the problem comes from is the state of Origin issue, you can ascribe to any post you want in the state, but you might not be able to get a bursary from the state.....the problem is our constitution. As much as Aregeshola,Lai Mohamed, opeyemi bamidele can be commissioners in Lagos,I can't be a local govt councillor in their various states even though am YORUBA from Lagos, they will send me back to Lagos.

We are only a visitor in this world. U can only deport them back to the world but God will deport u to grave where there is no light.

Everyone be him lunatic or beggar, has SOMETHING to offer but we may not know.

So it took a yoruba lawyer to provide a sensible condemnation. Pls (Igbos) try up ur game & stop using crude means in this modern age.
Yorubas are reasonable pple if only u present ur case wit civility. #advise#

This is not about Yoruba you twerp
If it were,Falana is as Yoruba as they come
It is about commonsense and the rule of law
If Falana happens to be the only one amongst the lot with commonsense ,I say more power to him

Unlike you,Igbos don't sheepishly applaud someone just because
If they have no problem calling out their own when they step outta line, they sure wont entertain chameleons
If Soyinka acts right he is hailed but if he decides to play dirty politics in his twilight years or allow jealousy get the better part of him,he will be chastised

What fashola and none of the eediots that have consistently hailed Fashola in this stupidity have failed to address is why a state government would dump anyone at 3 AM on the streets of a town and call it reintegration.
if what he did was supposedly reintegration why not hand them over to their families or various state governments during the day?
Why Onitsha and why come in the dead of the night and dump citizens including women on the dangerous streets before the crack of dawn
How wicked is that?

Watching that Fashola's speech on the clip posted makes me wanna punch him in the nose
It was not right when he dumped Osun indigenes by the way side
It was not right when he dumped northerners on the outskirts of kaduna at night
It cannot be right to dump Easterners from ikot Ekpene and Abakaliki in Onitsha at 3 AM and have the guts to justify it

I wish Nigeria worked like the USA,his behind would have been put away for a very long time
They want to be like America when it suits them but don't have the common sense to act like America would in similar situations.
And the man is supposedly a lawyer
Did he buy the degree from Alaba market or Balogun

Confusionist: First:

Don't get this twisted, to be first to comment is a beautiful thing! grin

Second:

If this guys has a brain as acclaimed in his title, he shld undstnd dt the word 'deportation' is only coined by political vagrants like himself who are without shame!

The word is repatriation!! And it stands like that! You can only deport within
Third:

Lagos is only a small land mass! Na u dey force the govt to fill up the ocean to make space? These people had no place to live! They stay under bridge, on the streets, and at makoko!
They infect the place with debasing figures!
Can't they stay in their place?

Forth:

there is something called, 'state of origin'!!! U shld change the constitution first!
And those with legit biz can stay anywhere in d country as we all knw they will face wot they are doing!

Fifth:

Sir, u are a disgrace, and no doubt, have been paid!!!

Even the igbos are letting the matter rest, what is ur own?

Person wey buy milk don finish content throway tin, na u come dey use the tin as drum dey disturb the area!

Gerraway jur!!! Mumu!

Olodo. The man you tried so hard to berate has more honor, intellectual capacity and reputation than you. Internet has made it so cheap for some nobodies to display their ignorance. Please spare Falana your bigotry.
