Random post : I don't know if I'm wrong but why does it seem like Kim hye Yoon gets cast in dramas, she does so well and people enjoy the drama but somehow netizens focus on her male leads more than her even though she's always more talented (acting wise) than most of her male leads. I haven't watched extraordinary you yet but I remember almost all of the comments I saw then were people glorifying rowoon and lee jae wook? Same thing is happening with lovely runner now, almost everywhere people are talking about byun wooseok, hell he was even on running man to promote the show and it just seems to me like even though Kim hye Yoon does most of the heavy lifting in her dramas, she is seen more as an accessory for her male leads to shine. It's a bit annoying cos she's really talented and I think she deserves more than she gets. I honestly think the only time I really saw her getting her flowers was during sky castle promotions and that was more of an ensemble cast thingy so everyone involved was well promoted (p.s: this is not me hating on her male leads tho, they deserve to shine and I'm glad they get to). Maybe her agency should get her more female-centered dramas. I don't know jare

Tbh I didn't expect it but lovely runner is shaping up to be a really solid romcom. It's not perfect but it's actually better than I thought it would be especially for a time slip drama. This week the comedy was on a high 😂 with geum and hyunji's Spiderman kiss and all the different imaginations lol it was fun. This week's episode was all about noble idiocy 🙄 and tbh I get it but I was so angry like why wouldn't sol say something. At least as a teenager, she lied to him and said she had a dream that he died which was why she was around him, whether he believed it or not at least it was a reason but this time she just kept running away from him, I'd have liked her to tell him she thinks he'll get hurt if he stays around her instead of just breaking his heart by being silent and allowing him misunderstand her. Thank God he was smart and lucky enough to remember the time capsule and he could solve the mystery, she would have just been crying and running from him upandan mtcheww lol. Meanwhile I love the fact that in every era they met, the leads got a kiss scene. They kissed as teenagers, kissed as college aged students and even as adults. Most time travel dramas, there'll be an era where the leads don't get to even recognize each other talk more of falling in love but the romcom spirit of this writer must be really high and I love it! I'm guessing the drama will end next week cos there's not much story left, all that remains is to catch the slimy big bad wolf. I'm very happy to see the love byun woo seok is getting from this drama especially as his last drama strong girl nam soon was literally rubbish 🤣

My Han ye seul has married her boyfriend and I'm very happy for her. Who cares if he was a former male escort or whatever. I'm happy she found love. I just really wish directors can cast her in something, I know she's had her share of controversies but I really miss her in dramaland and tbh it's not like she committed a crime or anything

Lol random random post: I posted this not long ago and yesterday I went online to see that Kim hye Yoon's fans were protesting asking her agency to promote her properly. I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed. This is one of the rare occasions where I'm in support of fans protesting cos usually they're protesting about rubbish but this one makes sense

P.s: happy birthday to nam tae hyun. Here's hoping he is getting his life together. I have officially sacked him from being my no 1 bias in winner but I think I'll forever have a soft spot for him

A really nice drama. I know some people might complain about the fact that the story focused too much on the female lead and tbh it would have been better if we got to see more storyline for the male lead and her sisters but at least it's a well written drama so I'm not too mad about the "too much focus on female lead". The only really annoying thing about the drama was the by force and totally unnecessary love triangle that they tried to push on us. It didn't make sense and we could have done without it
