😩 I can't believe I'm still on Kim hye Yoon's matter 🤣 so her fans protested and her agency has responded and have actually lined up promotions for her and I was happy that is until I saw what the fans did🤦 as in why can't netizens be normal human beings. They didn't just protest, they went dragging her agency under posts of the other actors in her agency like ffs what is wrong with people. Imagine a senior in her agency winning a baeksang award, the agency post a congratulatory message and her fans go into the comments screaming things like "promote hye Yoon more" under their posts. I think it's very dumb and disrespectful sha and honestly it could get her enemies she doesn't need. Imagine the seniors in her agency hating her cos she has a rabid fanbase that will attack their posts for things that are not their business. S for sigh. Can netizens ever do anything in moderation. Lol I blame myself for being impressed by netizens for even a second haha I should have realized they would disgrace me 🤣 meanwhile I really hope her agency learns how to promote people better cos tbh they are poor when it comes to promoting their actresses. I know won Jin ah and esom are in that agency and you really hardly hear about them but park hae Jin that joined just a few months ago they've been promoting him like crazy. To be fair, I do realize that men tend to be luckier than women when it comes to fan base size so I guess there are a lot of factors at play and there is no simple answer to this issue. 9 out of 10 actresses have to be insanely talented to have a sizeable following while 9 out of 10 actors just have to be handsome and they're made for life. It's a sad situation

Omo sometimes the stars just align and someone just gets lucky. I still can't believe all the love uri byeon woo seok is getting cos of lovely runner 😂 be like jazz but I'm so happy for him. Funny enough the director said the drama has been in the works for 3 years but they couldn't find a male lead cos everyone they contacted rejected the script. Bws is so lucky to get the role and tbh he's never been some great actor or anything lmao I love the guy but even I know he was basically wooden in his past roles but it's heartwarming to see how much he tried to work on himself. He even took vocal lessons so he could play a believable idol. The biggest contributors to this drama as far as I'm concerned is the sweet and straightforward story and the fact that Kim hye Yoon is such a good actress. She's really doing the heavy lifting but I'm glad Bws is reaping the benefits. If his agency is wise, they'll make him take more acting classes while choosing scripts that are simple but interesting and can give him the opportunity to grow and pair him with actresses like Kim hye Yoon who can hold their own but not in an overpowering way if not he could end up like hwang in yeop. I'm sure his agency wanted to aim high since he got a lot of love from true beauty and 18 again but casting him opposite a charasmatic actress like seo Hyun Jin in such a charismatic female centered drama really just showed how much more he needed to grow as an actor. Tbh if he was paired in a simple drama with a less "overpowering" actress, he might be scoring more lead roles but right now I don't even know if he's done any drama after why oh Soo jae so I hope byeon woo seok and his agency do not let all this fame get into their head and suddenly go and cast him in a serious drama opposite somebody like Lee Bo Young lol. Slow and steady will win the race. Someone like nam joo hyuk is a testimony of how choosing the right script and being cast opposite certain actresses can help elevate your talent and career
