From your explanation, I believe that this system is a rotational ads system. My questions are
1.) Let's assume that in a section there are more than 20 advertisers in that section, what is the probability that my ad will appear in a day?
2.) Is it possible for me to know how many times my ads appear in a day.
3.) Is it possible to know the number of clicks my ad receives since the most important thing is not the impression/appearance but the clicks it gets. I want to know how many clicks it receive so that we can be able to make good use of our money and know which section offers the best value.
4.) Can I pause my ads because I see no reason it should be running between 10:00p.m to 6:00a.m Nigeria time especially when you are targeting Nigeria customers. Leaving the ads to running during that period is waste of money and credit
