However, we will try to assist you to the best of our limited knowledge and abilities regarding GLO numerous programmes and services. No more, no less.

INEFFICIENCY OF SOME GLO CC REPRESENTATIVES
A lot of us here, especially people that solely depends on Globacom for their mobile and data services, can attests to the bitter truth and reality on the-near-to-nothing knowledge by some GLO Customer Care Agents, when you call to lay your challenges on 121, 171 (N20/call), 333, 444, including their online platforms as well. I will never be out of place should I termed them (SOME GLO CC Agents INCOMPETENT here.)
Apart from the unnecessary long wait they will keep you on the queue, which sometimes runs up 30 minutes and more, you will finally be disappointed to hear the rude and unfriendly tone of whoever decided to picked your call declaring "Sorry, I am unable to access your line at the moment, due to the fact that our engineers are currently carrying out system maintenance, which have become necessary to serve you better. Kindly give us a call back in 2 hours time."
Now, if you are a first timer caller to GLO Customer Care centres (voice), you may be tempted to believe this LIE. But, if you actually call back in 2 hours time, 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, or even 1 year later, they will simply replay their unending engineers upgrade nonsense to you, thereby leaving you bitter and frustrated. Can you imagine!
In some cases, you, the customer having issues in using your GLO line will end up assisting your Customer Care attendant on the workability of some GLO services, as he/she practically knows next to nothing about your issues raised, talkless of solving it.
Sometimes I do asked myself: Does GLO actually CARES about their customer's challenges?
Your guess is better than mine.

OBJECTIVE
*To assist fellow GLO subscribers in Nigeria to resolving problems encountered on the GLO network
* To update fellow GLO subscribers on some products and services offered by GLO.
* To solve our encountered problems ourselves amongst several others.

OVERVIEW
As much as we promised to assist one another in resolving our difficulties and challenges in respect to the GLO services, please note that you may not get immediate response due to the fact that, we are all engaged with our private jobs and activities offline. We may also not be available online due to one network problem or the other at any given time.
Therefore, you may not be attended to for more than 24 hours, should we be facing critical network challenges.
However, we will try our very best whenever we come online to assist you, so that you can continue to use your services (paid or freebies).

CONTRIBUTORS
Every GLO subscriber in Nigeria, especially Nairalanders, are welcome to contribute their knowledge on the GLO services, in resolving our various challenges encountered on the Globacom network.
Remember, a problem shared is a problem half solved.

Pls I got a GLO line about four days ago. The next day a this number called me 08050070401. Does any one know if it is their customer service number. Tried calling back the number but ℓ̊†§ not going through. And I don't want to waste my time in calling 121 cos they make you wait endlessly.
