This woman's ONLY crime is the internationalization of Enugu airport -nothing more!
She is the only minister of aviation courageous enough to give Igboland an international access, and haters have been having SLEEPLESS NIGHTS over this. She must have received threats to her life because of this, hence the purchase of bullet proof cars for herself and her foreign visitors.
Who can blame her for this, except those we are after her life for trying to equalize the country?

I hereby advise every person who would benefit from Enugu International Airport to stand FIRM and so NO to blood hounds who are baying for her blood!
This is not time for foolish patriotism: but who is patriotic in Nigeria except those fleecing and milking her dry anyway, those who feel that they captured the country and must dictate who gets what?

Nothing must happen to Stella Oduah. She is a GREAT minister and public servant. She has achieved more than those before her.
Jonathan must NOT listen to those who do not plan to support him in 2015 anyway. Removing Stella Odua can cost him Igbo support.

Truthfully, I underestimated the amount of hatred towards Ibos by a certain section of the country until the vituperation started pouring towards someone who has obviously been the best performer in the aviation ministry ever! I used to think Ibos were complaining unneccesarily and should just chill, unite and develop the extraordinary potential in Human resource God has given them.
But now I understand, its a battle. Some folks have lorded over Nigeria for ages and have suddenly lost power to the South South and South East hence the massive campaign of calumny against anything Jonathan and his performing South East ministers. They want to use the same strategy they used in kick out Barth Nnaji to kick out Stella Oduah. Thier next target would be OKonjo. They tried it with Diezani.

Well, nothing dey happen. The woman is here to stay until the transformation of the aviation industry is complete.

That's what the Igbos and entire SE / SS have been experience in a fraud termed one Nigeria, which doesn't exist outside oil & gas.

Tell me how Nigeria would make the required progress, when particular region ( especially SW, with some collaborators from core North) will do anything to pull people from Eastern region down.

Their sole aim is to sabotage Enugu International Airport, which they will not achieve.

What exactly is this noise about the airport in Enugu...? Really I still cant relate how the airport will be a problem to those of us using the airports in Lagos...are they going to be diverting our Int. flights into Enugu?

I think people should just stop this cheap blackmail and let the woman answer the allegations of malfeasance against her.

It's getting lame with this Enugu airport angle already.

Does she have power to authorize purchase of cars running to $1.6 millions without an approval by the Federal Executive Council?
Can she authorize expenditure to the tune of N255 million without approval by FEC?
Is there a provision for the purchase of these cars in the Ministry of Aviation's budget for 2013 fiscal year?
What do we call extra-budgetary expenditures?
Was there a tender or bid process as itemized in due process of public procurement in Nigeria?
Where was it advertised before Coscharis was chosen for the job?
Is she even entitled to buy a personal car considering the monetisation policy in operational at the moment?

What about the criminal dimension of inflated costs?

When corruption is reported in any government, the onus is on the leader to confront it headlong to prevent entrenching impunity. Obasanjo took the following actions:

1. Fabian Osuji was sacked for corruption related cases.
2.Sunday Afolabi was disgraced and was rumored to have committed suicide when the shame was unbearable for him.
3. Adolphous Wabara was forced to eat the humble pie.
4. Osomo, former housing minister was sacked for corruption related cases, an opening that allowed Mimiko to be appointed a minister.

Yar'Adua asked Grange, former health minister, to resign immediately when allegations of corruption were made against her.

You can't prevent anyone from being corrupt, but when a case of corruption is reported, the onus is on the leader of such administration to act.
This is even beyond Stella Oduah, the case in point is the credibility and integrity of this administration. We are saying Jonathan should even pretend for once that he's fighting corruption? This is a test case for him. It's a complex case of profligacy, criminal abuse of office, conflict of interest and cronyism woven into one disturbing narrative of unbelievable impunity.

PS:
Of course, tons of emotions can be shed on why Yoruba "hate" Igbo or why Igbo are being "persecuted". But did Yoruba force her to acquire such cars?

Stella aint going nowhere. FFK was Aviation Minister for years, yet our Aviation sector was in shambles and our airports were like motor parks when he left. Same with Agagu. These men siphoned billions of Naira, yet their brothers from the SW turned blind eyes. They are now the same people calling for Oduahs head. Talk of hypocrisy. Within 1 year of Oduah's reign as Minister, our airports from Enugu,Benin,Yola,Kano,Lagos,PHC have undergone massive renovation, yet some people who do not have the interest of Nigeria at heart are having heart attack because other regions of the country benefited from the project. GEJ till 2019. Haters keep hating while SS/SE region is developing.

This is the sad commentary of Nigeria. @Op and his collaborators are bent on using ethnic blackmail to whitewash a soiled reputation, infantile propaganda and outright lies to downplay downright sleaze. Isn't Air transportation for the rich and elite? How many Nigerians fall into that category? I am sure the location of an airport is the least of their concern, both Igbos and Yorubas. @Op and other ethnic cheerleaders should continue supporting malfeasance while the likes of Oduah continue to push Nigerians down the ladder of poverty and deprivation.

Why are you jumping the gun? What if eventually her culpability is established...would you still support that she stays back ?

Would she be the first Minister to be relived ...didn't we had some Ministers sent packing recently...?

Did anybody shouted discrimination? Or was it because no Ibo Minister was involved?

You guys should just for once vacate this persecution complex...it's doing more harm than good to your relationship with other Nigerians.

Travelled through your Enugu international airport of late and the painting of your almight renovation has started peeling off at the ticket buying section. Couple with the fact that ain't no hotel anywhere close to the airport isn't that a shame. Enugu is better self anambra that can boast of just plane hanger ko..

Hello Professor of Lies.
Wondering if you read the NCAA declare that the items where budgeted for
Also wondering if you know the price of the vehicle to be making libeous claims.
Also wondering if you understand that Coscharis, is the sole authorised distributor of such vehicles in Nigeria and that means that the company will not sell it to you in Nigeria if not through him.
Educate yourself better.
